Always overdressed in her large black and white robes. Standing only a petite 4 foot 11 inches. Dark hair that flows long behind her. A face that shows about as much emotion as a stone wall. Eyes with a red hue that seem to see beyond this realm. Wei Xing is truly a unique sight to behold and has a aura that tends to keep most from wanting to approach her. She has been mistaken at a distance for both a child by some and a ghostly apparition by the easily fearful idiots. 

Personality

 

Ambitious would be a understatement for this mystical tactician. Cold, quiet, a bit snobbish. She thinks lowly of most people unless they prove to be useful or extremely intelligent. Xing tends to have a sharp tongue, criticising a person at the drop of a hat. She has a great love of acting like a prophet and will gladly give free insights into people's destinies. Often times regardless what she sees, she will make up cruel twists or just lie ,especially if she does not like you (which is likely). She is endlessly looking for new ways become the overseer  of the land so that she may attain her rightful place (to her) of the puppet master. Studies of strategy and magical texts often. Xing also dabbles into her ingenuity by drawing plans contraptions and devices that are difficult for the normal mind to grasp. Her favorite designs are those that look like dragons. When Wei Xing is in her study never interrupt her... 

History

Wei Xing was born to a normal family a village outside Tian Shui. Named Xing Xing by her birth parents, they were puzzled by the appearance of a odd birthmark shaped like a crescent on her right hand. Several visiting doctors made no remarks on it, so they passed it off as a normal marking. One year after she was born, a strange old man visited the village. He stated that the girl was cursed and would bring death to the villagers if they did not offer her to him. Thinking the old man insane, they drove him off. His last words were that they should chop off her hand.

Two more years passed... and it begun. A terrible plague spread throughout the village, no one was spared, save one lonely little girl. Returning once again, the old man found her wandering the village scared. Angry at the villagers for not believing him, yet still he gave a quiet prayer for them before taking the child. He introduced himself as Zuo Ci a mystic who watched over the fate of the land. He told her not to fear and that she was born to become like him someday, but only if the fates willed it to be. Zuo Ci took the young girl now named Wei Xing into the mountains where she would begin her education in the path of mystics.

At the age of 8, she had begun to so promise. She was capable of a small degree of foresight, like that of a seer. Zuo Ci wanted to cultivate this ability and use it for the good of the land. Unfortunately...

People with talent and ambition were rising across the land. Zuo Ci had no choice but to drop his precious student. He had to put all his attention on keeping track of these man. Ensuring that the best path for the land was opened.

Weii Xing was taken to Chang Sha where the old mystic bade her farewell. He gave her a final gift, a text that was bound by a strange power. He told her through her tears, that when the time came it would open. Then she would know what must be done.

For one year Xing was alone. Abandoned by her 'father', no real memories of her real parents. She got by with her fortunetelling skills. Earning small amounts of money here and there. She had come to hate most people. The thought her a freak and outcast this led to her becoming very reclusive.
After several more years, Xing manipulated several foolish nobles into parting with great sums of gold. Enough that would establish her own home. A place where she could study, improve, and find her reason for existence.

Now known by many as The Oracle. She has come to see herself as superior to the masses and to find her true calling in this land...

Before I accept please could I have more clarity on your weapons - in particular the Oracle's Orb?

Certainly.

Razor fan is a faux strategists fan that holds a row of 5 inch razors disguised with feather covering. They can be both held in the fan and used like a weak bladed weapon, or ejected at a target with the pull of a trigger on the fan handle. Once shot the razor needles cannot be reused. There are 8 of these in the Razor Fan.

The Oracle's Orb is not much of a weapon. She uses it to channel magic when she gets actual orbs or mgic items. Kind of like a Orb skin that changes property depending on the orb she is using (Fire for Fire Orb ect).

That is fine enough for me. As I understand it the Oracle's Orb is merely an RP flair. Mechanically you will have a Red Orb or a Blue Orb or whatever, but it will appear as your Oracle's Orb, and grant the same effects as the orb you equip.
