A young lady of average height at 5'4 that gives quite the fashion statement to those who see her. She would likely not grow more as she shot up in height fairly early compared to her peers. Her hair a auburn rather than the usual shades of her land. Keeping it either up in twin tails when it grows long or cutting it short during the hotter months. Her face is the definition of a gentle angel that radiates purity and innocence, yet also can show a look of both mischievousness and sheer determination when the need arises. Her movements even in battle are filled with a fluid grace. Gracia dresses rather extravagant with large frilly dresses usually of darker shades that have many traits in common with those worn by distant western noble women of the time. In fact Gracia has a strong fascination with western culture which is seen in her wardrobe, weapons, and even faith.

At first Gracia can seem fairly generic and just a simple minded girl who is weak and unable to fend for herself or help others. That would have been true before, however Gracia grew tired of simple castle life and went on her own journey around Japan (much to her families dismay). The lessons from her friends, her self claimed mentor Magoichi Saika, and totally unfit idol Koshōshō, had a lasting effect on the way she sees the world around her. Not afraid to fight for what's right, protect her loyal friends, and possessing a strong sense of morality. This combined with her christian faith of western origins make her a strongly good aligned individual. Gracia is more of a hero in the traditional sense than many of those she has or will serve. Although she isn't so stuck in her own ideals so much as to not have fun and or look for ways to impress others for her own self acceptance when time allows. Gracia usually tries too hard in many cases, sometimes doing embarrassing things that give others who don't know her a bad impression of her true personality. Which is generally very likable and even flexible to a degree.

Two pistols given in a emergency by Magoichi during a tough spot. She has become surprisingly adept at them and has named them both thing's she holds very dear.  Able to quick draw from their holsters like the wild west and maneuver like a ballerina with bullets a flying. Gracia's 'grace' is fairly deadly for a little christian girl.

Bullets: 10 per gun
Rte of Fire: Up to 4 per pistol, per post
Conservation Style: 4 per post (2 per pistol) for 5 posts then a post is needed to reload.
Aggressive Style: 8 per post(4 per pistol) for 2 posts, then a reduced rate of 2 per pistol for the third post. Then a post is needed to reload.

Bracelets that channel Gracia's inner faith and the power of light into actual physical energy. Only possible from certain rare pure hearted individuals who are in touch with their beliefs and can handle the focus needed to perform the moves.

They enhance the effectiveness of her barehanded melee attacks, and are what allows her to use many of her magic based strong attacks.

Born to a sickly mother and a highly regarded commander of the Akechi family. She was born with the name Tama and grew up a sheltered girl who only was taught what a lady of a noble house should be taught. However one day, a maid who was assigned to Tama told her tales of the Western lands. That there was more to life and the good will of god. This 'christianity' was a odd thing that fascinated young Tama. She quickly begun to adopt the practices and showed a strong affinity for the faith. As she grew into her teens. Tama would adopt the name Garasha or 'Gracia' as she preferred to be called. A name that shows her devotion to western culture and religious beliefs.

As time passed. Gracia would grow bored of her mundane life and felt that the world had so much more to offer than the four walls of her room. Sneaking out of the castle one night. Gracia would spend quite some time traveling the country. This experience strengthened and made her much more aware of how things worked in the modern world. She met a traveling renegade named Magoichi and a strangely alluring woman named Koshōshō that both left a strong impact on her. 

After a long adventure. A somewhat more mature, stronger and yet maybe a bit poorly influenced... Gracia returned to her father Mitsuhide's side. Not willing to look the other way during the wars that bring plight to others anymore. Gracia hopes Oda and her father can bring what the country so very needs.

Gracia crosses Justice and Faith over her chest as she makes a quick prayer. Pure divine energy gathers from from her body into a sphere overhead begins to form. Within one post it is 3ft in diameter. On the second post it is 6ft in diameter. If she is allowed to continue channeling into a third post it will reach around 9ft in diameter. On post four or earlier if needed, she raises her guns to catch the divine sphere and aims forward for one more post, taking a moment to aim it at her target or targets. The 'bomb' of light then finally fires on the next post. Rushing across the battlefield for up to 20 feet and exploding into a 6/12/20 foot radius (according to charge time) of white light upon contact with the enemy.

Size and power entirely rely on amount of posts Gracia can charge while undisturbed. Is canceled if interrupted before 'catching' and 'aiming' the sphere.

Focusing her spirit, Gracia's energy takes the vague form of angelic wings that quickly spread out and then burst into a storm of elementally based feathers that blow into the wind. They vanish at about 15 feet.

The color and element of the wings and feathers is based on orb equipped.

20 bullets seems like a lot, for pistols. It would be a lot even by today's standards, utilizing clips. Since these are mostly flintlock weapons, I would be more inclined to have it be this:

10 bullets per pistol, with the fire rate being up to 4 per pistol, per post.
That is a total of 20 bullets at a given time, and you can fire at the following rates:
4 per post(2 per pistol) for 5 posts before you have to reload.
8 per post(4 per pistol) for 2 turns, then a reduced rate of 2 per pistol for the third post. Then having to reload.

Being able to do 10 bullets per post is pretty powerful in a duel against one opponent, but it's not so much if fighting a horde of peons.

Third posted it is more like 8-10 ft in diameter.
Fourth Post, or on an earlier Post, she catches it with her guns.
Fifth post she aims it.
Sixth post it fires.
It travels up to 20 feet

If it hits an Evil-Alignment Character, or a Wall, it explodes.

Main problem I see is it seems to only affect evil characters, so there would be people who would try to claim "I'm not evil, so it can't hurt me." and try to weasel out of it.

The wall bit, just doesn't seem to fit. A wall isn't evil, so why explode there and not if it hits a non-evil person? Why not pass through the wall, as it seems to do for good-aligned people.

I would say, remove the Evil-Aligned part and the wall part, and have it be a general burst at the up to 20ft part. It would be somewhat difficult to enforce it against a particular alignment, unless we were making people pick an alignment from the start when writing their profile.

I would suggest, the radius of the burst be in proportion to it's size at the time of use.
the 3ft dog stage = 6ft radius
the 6ft girl stage = 12ft radius.
and lastly at the 8-10ft elephant stage = 16-20 ft radius.

That way, none can try to claim it shouldn't harm them, since it would harm all equally.
