The YTR being SUCCESSFUL

So yeah with the YTR coming up. As the title says. How do you feel about this? 


How would things play out and how would the land change with a crazy religious leader ruling china with or without the emperor? Would Dong Zhou even happen? What do you think and would you like if the site did something like that?

I would actually find that pretty interesting.

My bet as what comes next is this. Since the rebellion was almost totally contained to the central plains. You would see the rulers of Jingzhou/Yizhou/Yangzhou/Yongzhou that would be Liu Yan, Liu Biao, Liu Yong, Sun Jian and Dong Zhou all declare independence and vie to be the first to destroy Zhang Jiao and revive the Han with themselves as the ruler. Along with whatever nobles are left in the north. Along with the inevitable betrayals as Zhang Jiao's followers find out he is just taking over himself and not really making things much better for the common people.

But really since we are going AU. I personally would want the Rebellion to have a real chance at it. If we don't manage to beat them. Then we don't manage to beat them. And if they do win a battle or two, it would be interesting to see the effects from that.

For this iteration of the forum, the YTR can't win. For the simple fact that they are only setup as a tutorial/test battle. To have them succeed would introduce a fifth faction, when we are already dealing with keeping four working.

However, it's not outside the realm of possibility that after China is united under one kingdom, that we don't start fresh and work out an AU scenario where the YTs are successful, and the typical four kingdoms are not as visibly present as they are currently.

In that iteration, we could end up having Wu and Shu, but instead of Wei and Jin we have a Dong Zhuo faction and a Yellow Turban one.
